STEP 3: Watering and care
🌱 After 1 month, when the plants reach a height of about 15-20 cm and the leaves have thickened, they are ready to harvest.
✂️ Use a knife or scissors to cut close to the base, or pull out the entire plant depending on your needs. To allow the plants to grow, leave about 2-3 cm of the base intact.
STEP 2: Plant the seeds
🌿 When the water spinach plants have 5-6 leaves, space the plants about 5-10 cm apart to encourage healthy growth.
🪱 Add more rice husk ash or earthworms to enrich the soil, and apply a little urea diluted with water.
💧 Water in the cool evening to stimulate growth during this stage and ensure the plants thrive.
STEP 1: Sowing the seeds
💧Soak the seeds in clean water for 4 to 6 hours, then soak for 10 to 12 hours until they germinate. After that, sow them in the soil.
🌱 After about 4 - 5 days, the seedlings will grow 2-3 leaves.
🌿 At this stage, add organic fertilizer or green manure to promote healthy vegetable growth.
